1. About KuliSaha
KuliSaha is an online platform that connects customers with skilled workers across Tamil Nadu, India. We provide a marketplace where workers can create profiles and customers can find, contact, and book them. KuliSaha is operated from Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use KuliSaha. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will keep your account credentials confidential
- You take responsibility for all activity under your account
3. User Roles
KuliSaha has three user roles:
- Customer: Can browse workers, post job ads, and make bookings
- Worker: Can create a profile listing their skills, rates, and availability for approval
- Admin: Manages and moderates the platform
4. Worker Profiles
Workers must submit accurate information. All worker profiles are reviewed and approved by our admin team before being visible to customers. We reserve the right to:
- Reject profiles that contain false or misleading information
- Remove profiles that violate our community standards
- Suspend accounts involved in disputes or fraudulent activity
5. Job Ads
Customers may post job ads describing work they need done. Job ads must be genuine and legal. We prohibit ads for illegal activities, adult services, or anything that violates Indian law. We reserve the right to remove any job ad without notice.
6. Payments & Fees
KuliSaha does not currently charge fees for browsing, posting job ads, or creating worker profiles. Any payment for services is made directly between the customer and the worker. KuliSaha is not responsible for payment disputes between users.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Create multiple accounts to bypass suspensions
- Post spam or unsolicited advertisements
8. Limitation of Liability
KuliSaha is a marketplace platform only. We do not employ workers listed on the platform and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers. Any agreements made between customers and workers are solely between those parties. KuliSaha's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on KuliSaha — including the logo, design, and code — is owned by KuliSaha. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of KuliSaha after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
