- Create and manage your account
- Display worker profiles and job ads to other users

- Process and manage bookings
- Improve our platform and fix issues

4. Data Sharing

- Worker profiles: Name, profession, location, phone, and WhatsApp are visible to customers who browse the platform
- Job ads: Contact details you include in a job ad are visible to workers browsing ads
- Service providers: We use Cloudinary (image storage), Twilio (OTP SMS), and Resend (email) — each with their own privacy policies
- Legal requirements: We may share data if required by Indian law or court order
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas (cloud database). Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for all connections. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
KuliSaha uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect login functionality.

- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
