3. For Workers
- Workers must provide accurate skill and experience information.
- Workers are responsible for the quality of services they provide.
- KuliSaha is not responsible for disputes between workers and customers.
4. For Customers
- Customers are responsible for clearly communicating job requirements.
- Payment arrangements are made directly between customers and workers.
- KuliSaha is not a party to any service agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false information
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Any illegal activities
6. Limitation of Liability
- KuliSaha acts as a marketplace and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services listed or rendered.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
